As a frontend infrastructure engineer in Wix Studio Editor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining one of Wix’s biggest and most complex platforms.

Wix Studio provides a complete development experience for building editors under Wix’s umbrella.

The platform forms the foundation for Wix Studio, Editor-X, Blocks, Mobile App Builder and Editor 3.0 (in planning).Although the position is in Wix’s Studio Editor, you may be called upon to provide services to any one of Wix’s other Editor teams.

As an engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining the responsive-editor full stack application which renders generic Repluggable applications
Providing all the necessary dev tools for FED developers in order to easily develop and test cross-editor features
Working closely with FED infra teams in order to pass requirements and integrate new tools and features
Using performance profilers in order to improve the applications performance
Working closely with production & BI teams to make sure all applications are working as expected
Taking part of planning and designing the platform that hosts all of Wix’s editors
